How to View My Progress

Through PLT4M, you can access a progress graph for any training metric you've recorded. See below for where to find your progress graphs!

To View your Progress Graphs:

1. Navigate to the Activity tab
2. Scroll down to the Training metrics section
3. Select any training metric
