How to Log your Weights

Logging weights is an important part of making progress in your training. Your coach will be able to see your logged weights, and you'll be able to reference them the next time you complete the exercise.


To log your weights in a workout:

  1. Navigate to your Workout tab
  2. Select the desired program/workout, and click Start Workout

  1. For weighted exercises, you will see your prescribed reps and weights for each set. Click Done to indicate that you've completed the sets, or, if you need to edit the weight log, you may type over the text in the cell. 
  2. If reps or weights have not been prescribed, you will see a blank cell where you can input your reps and/or weights.

  • Once the exercise is marked Done, this creates a weight log. To make changes, click the Notes button anytime to view or update your weight log.

Please note: The notes stay attached to each exercise, so anytime you click the Note button, you can reference any past entries made for that exercise.
