Convert Videos to a Different Language

In PLT4M, English is the default language. However, we recognize that English may not be the first language of many students. Fortunately, all the PLT4M videos are delivered through YouTube and YouTube has a robust and simple to use Close Captioning option that translates videos for you. See below for how to convert videos to your preferred language:

1. Choose the Gear icon shown below

2. Choose the Subtitles option

3. Choose "English" to activate the Closed Captioning

4. Then Click the Subtitles section one more time

5. Choose "Auto-translate" and Select your preferred language

6. The CC will begin translating instantly
