Completing a Workout on Web

Step 1: To access your Workouts on the Web, select the WORKOUT tab and choose the desired program

Step 2: Choose from the list of available workouts

Step 3: Hit START WORKOUT and begin the workout

Step 4: Watch the videos and complete the prescribed movement. Once done with that exercise, hit the red DONE button and move to the next exercise. Completed exercises will be marked Green.


Step 5: Once you hit DONE on the last exercise, you will see a pop up saying the workout has been completed, and showing the time it took
