How to Log a Workout
In order to get credit for your workouts, you'll want to make sure you're logging them properly! Let's take a look a how to do this.
To log a workout:
- Access your assigned workouts by navigating to your Workout tab
- Select your desired workout from the program menu
- When you're ready to begin your workout, click Start Workout
- Watch the video and complete the prescribed exercise; click Done each time you complete a section of the workout
- Tap the Notes button if you wish to log a note about the exercise
- Some workouts include various assessment benchmarks, be sure to log your result by clicking Log Test Result
i.e. for a dumbbell exercise, you may want to log which size dumbbell you used
- When you are finished, click Stop, or, select the last Done button—both of these actions will end the workout
- You'll be presented with a summary of your workout log—including exercise completion and workout duration
