How to Log a Workout

In order to get credit for your workouts, you'll want to make sure you're logging them properly! Let's take a look a how to do this.

To log a workout:

  1. Access your assigned workouts by navigating to your Workout tab
  2. Select your desired workout from the program menu
  3. When you're ready to begin your workout, click Start Workout

  1. Watch the video and complete the prescribed exercise; click Done each time you complete a section of the workout
  2. Tap the Notes button if you wish to log a note about the exercise
  3. Some workouts include various assessment benchmarks, be sure to log your result by clicking Log Test Result

i.e. for a dumbbell exercise, you may want to log which size dumbbell you used

  1. When you are finished, click Stop, or, select the last Done button—both of these actions will end the workout
  2. You'll be presented with a summary of your workout log—including exercise completion and workout duration
